Capri Realty managed my investment property and the subsequent sale of this property. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful and attended promptly to my requests and any maintenance needs of my property. I would recommend their services for property management or property sale.

Dear Graham, Since being appointed by you back in March of this year to provide maintenance support, I have been extremely impressed with the level of expertise, efficiency and attention to detail by every member of your team. I know full well that praise for property managers is not always readily forthcoming, which is why I wanted to sing your praises for the excellent work you all do. I had a great experience renting through Capri and especially dealing with Marie. Her focus on friendly customer service focus has been greatly appreciated. When house hunting in the flooded Gold Coast market, it was refreshing to be able to communicate with a real estate agent that took the time to get to know you and update you on your application's progress instead of the usual 'get-in-line' attitude you get from property managers in larger franchises. Communication during the tenancy was a breeze and any issues we had were quickly resolved or answered.
