In my experience with purchasing a property through Darrell and Ryan, they are the leaders in their industry. I've dealt with countless real estate agents over the past 10 years and none have come even close to the level of service Knobel & Davis provide their customers. Other real estate agents should take a leaf out of their book in so many ways. I will actively promote their services to anyone i know who is looking to purchase/rent a property as i know they will be looked after.

Selling our house was a breeze with Darrell, he took all the worries out of it and made it stress free. Being first time sellers we didnt know what to expect, we learnt our lesson very quickly with another agent before Darrell. That agent had no connection/contacts/not the best experience just the fees were lower, it was on the market for months with no offers. We moved over to Darrell and it was sold in two weeks!! I was then quoted a line "dont sell your house because of the commission sell because of the experience/contacts & agents reputation" lesson well learnt. Thank you Darrell you are amazing at what you do and look forward to working with you in the future.

Ryan Canilho did and excellent job of selling my investment property. He went out of his way to help prepare the property for sale including organising tradesmen to carry out repairs and minor renovation work. He even turned up daily to water the lawn after new turf was laid. Ryan kept me informed every step of the way during the sale process. There was never any point at which I felt I had to chase him for information. Despite some set backs along the way Ryan remained calm and persistent until he achieved the sale.
