I’ve had the privilege of calling LJ Hooker my property managers ever since I bought my property here in Orange. LJ Hooker Orange has made my life as a landlord incredibly easy by being responsive, accountable and updating me on things that needs to fixed or addressed. Communication is key to a sound relationship and LJ Hooker Orange do an exceptional job at this, which is why I made a point of visiting and telling them in person when I was recently visiting on holidays. I’d highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for an excellent property management team.

These guys are fantastic... I have been a renter for many years in a number of different cities with a number of different agencies and I can tell you the level of service provided by LJ Hooker in Orange is second to none. They processed my application for the property really fast, and the whole approval process was made easy and hassle free. Since moving in the service has remained top notch which is why I decided to leave a review. Everytime I email them with an issue or a question they are super fast at getting back to me and organising whatever i need. I have rented off so many agencies who have made life difficult and make you not want to get in touch with them... These guys are the way a real estate agency should be. Thanks!

In dealing with Hookers Orange for  a number of years, I cannot fault this Agency.   I would be equally happy to have them managing my property or being a tenant in one of their properties, Michelle is so helpful and efficient.   They also sold a home for me, Pat was great to deal with and we sold in a week at the price we expected.   Thank you Hookers Orange.

I am renting through LJ Hooker Orange and always found them to be prompt, courteous and extremely reliable. They always respond very quickly with any queries or concerns. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to use them for Property Management, Purchasing or Selling a home. Their service is exemplary!

- Minimal level of customer service.
- Time wasters.
- Very slow application process takes 1-2 weeks processing with negative outcomes.
- They do not respond to complaints appropriately.
- They claim they are the best in Orange but this is untrue. Other realestate offices are much much better.
- They like arguments with customers and they always change what they said.
