Very rude staff. The attitude of this particular staff member was discussing and uncalled for. Staff need to be educated in proper customer service. Will never be shopping in Liquorland again!
I filed a complaint to liquorland Head office regarding a rude staff member at Waverley Gardens who made it difficult for me to purchase a bottle of wine. The male I spoke to from Head office did not take my complaint seriously and dismissed me altogether. Liquorland ID policy is a disgrace and their customer service is a no care attitude. Will never shop there again.
Today I went in to buy some beer. The woman at the counter has served me on and off for years. Today she asked me for my ID. Im 43, so it's been a while. I couldn't find my driver's license, so showed my forklift licence since it had my birthdate and photo. She said she can't accept it as a form of ID. So I continued to look for my license. A line of people where waiting at this point. I said, "I haven't been asked for ID in a long time. Im 43. She replied, "I can see that, but I need to see your ID but I'll let you off this time,". I don't understand how I've shopped there for years, and suddenly she's asking for ID. I won't be shopping there in future. Rude staff
Made an online order for click and collect at Waverley Gardens store. Liquorland states that click and collect orders will be ready for collection within 30 minutes. After not hearing anything for 24 hours I contacted liquorland via phone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my call, they informed me that they did not have stock and my order would be cancelled. Ordering online with liquorland is totally unreliable and a waste of time.
Hi This is not a complaint but to verify about your selling policy at liquor land. Today nearly 12.15pm I went to liquor land store in Waverly garden shopping center, Mulgrave, Vic to buy a beer pack but lady in the counter refused to sell that for me. She asked me OZ driving licence but I showed her my international licence which I used in victoria, but she refused. I bought same liquor at same store once a week since last June. This is the first time some one who refused to sell this. May I know what is your policy of selling liquor? As an international student who elder than 18 years old can't I buy liquor in Australia?? Thank you
Most of the time a very sweet and joyous lady serve at the counter here. She is always helpful.
I was pretty good specials but it always pays to check with competition before shopping there. But in general they are around the same price as if not exactly the same as the other big bottle shops.
Good variety of liquors but not as competitive as Dan Murphy. Staff was very polite.
Worst liquorland ever, closes when ever it wants
Excellent service and great prices . I'm loving it
