I have been going here since I was a child, because I have been healthy and not needed to attend the doctor since 2019 they decided to mark me as an inactive patient without consulting me and will no longer accept me as a patient even though all of my medical records are here. Totally disgusted
Hi, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the doctors & staff at Lauderdale Doctors Surgery. Unfortunately, due to health issues and carelessness whilst using a knife I have been a regular visitor. Doctors and staff have always been professional, friendly, helpful and shown a genuine desire to assist me with recovery from whatever the ailment has been.. In these times people tend to only make contact to complain so I felt compelled to do the opposite. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to your staff. Doug Smith
Been a patient for 30 years plus got took to find a new doctor by email and sent a list of available surgerys really bad practise would not recommend
Truly horrific service from both reception staff and GP’S. Never have I been treated so poorly by a medical practice. Referrals were never sent after telehealth appointments. When trying to resolve the issues, I was met with attitude and broken promises. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PRACTICES!!
What was once a place you could happily call your family practice now appears little more than a highly successful medibusiness. Yes, the staff are polite and respectful, but there are too many doctors spread across too many locations which makes it difficult to have "your own doctor" any more. Fees are also relatively high.
Had never had such a slow and hidious doctors visit as when my children had to get their vaccinations. 2.5 hours wasted with this ignorant doctor who insisted in completing things not required for getting the vaccine. Arh what is it with doctors and no social skills what so ever, grr. Implausible.
Expensive, and not so good. Take your stop watch in with you, because it is going to cost you dearly if they say you went over 15 minutes.
