It is proudly owned by Tasmanian General Practitioners.

General Practice appointments are available today at Cascade Road South Hobart and Mountain Retreat South Hobart or Kingston Plaza practices.

Skin care clinic appointments are available at Gregory St Sandy Bay practice.

Travel medicine appointments are available at Mountain Retreat South Hobart practice.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about General Practice Plus. Their reception staff are compassionate, efficient and helpful. The doctors are thorough and kind. The atmosphere is really pleasant, the rooms and waiting areas are beautiful: clinical enough to feel professional and hygienic, but comfortably furnished and casual enough to put you at ease. General Practice Plus have the most patients out of any general practice in Tasmania, and yet they make you feel as though it's a very small practice and they have time for you and can accomodate your needs. I'm not left waiting more than 10 minutes usually. On rare occasions it can be half to three quarters of an hour, but that hardly ever happens. I never feel rushed in an appointment, all the doctors I've seen have greeted me with a friendly manner and have been very thorough, explaining things clearly. I have a regular GP, but if she's not available, I've never found any problems getting in to see a different doctor. Also, their General Practice Plus app (powered by Hot Doc) makes it super easy to take charge of your appointment bookings for those times when it's after hours or you don't want to ring to book. Fabulous work, General Practice Plus!

Always courteous and efficient, I am seen within 10 minutes of the appointed time, enough consult time is given to address the issue, highly recommended.
