I am extremely happy with this clinic, and would recommend it to everyone. They provide a free consultation, and they sit down and spend their time with you explaining everything and giving you an appropriate quote for the treatments you need for your own unique situation. every appointment is better than before. All the girls working there are absolutely amazing and friendly. They will go above and beyond to meet the customer's satisfaction and they are highly knowledgeable about all the treatments, procedures and products they have. Very happy. Definitely a 5 star

Was stuck in the car park for 10 minutes last Sunday and called them to let them know I would be less than 5 minutes late to my appointment only to have them cancel my appointment altogether all because of the car park being so busy due to pre-christmas shopping, completely out of my control, and they offer me an appointment 45 minutes later when I already let them know the day before that I could not come later as I had a family lunch to catch up before they went overseas for Christmas. I am a regular customer there and am so annoyed by this that I am considering not coming back. I was on level 4 in the car park about to park my car and walk down while I was on the phone to this person and they did not care at all. Laser treatment takes no more than 5 minutes to do so how on earth could they 'not fit me in' at all until nearly an hour later. I drove there for nothing. This has completely messed up my tanning schedule as well as I can only strictly do laser while I am not tanned which is rarely ever. So now will have to wait at least another full week or two weeks before I can have my laser re-done when it is already at 8 weeks. Not impressed at all...

The staff at the Indooroopilly clinic are some of the most helpful, professional and lovely staff I have ever met. If I have ever had any problems they go above and beyond to rectify the issue. Looking forward to my next appointment there :)
