Cosmetic Nurse Michaela was absolutely incredible! The fact she has so much compassion oozes through her outstanding customer service, before the appointment, the minute you walk in and even after! She is so friendly and professional and just such a bright light! She understands what you want and helps you to achieve it through her knowledge, dedication and friendliness. After so long it’s so great to finally find a cosmetic nurse who really is invested in her clients and the best outcome for them. Cannot recommend Michaela highly enough for cosmetic treatments. Just WOW!! Michaela is very experienced and proficient with her work. Michaela is meticulous when analysing your face and your desired results and will always advise you in the best possible way. She is calming and reassuring when she performs her treatments on you and she takes great pride in her work and ensures that she checks in on you after your treatment as well. Michaela goes over and above for her clients and has such a great energy. If you are looking to book in for a cosmetic treatment definitely ask for Michaela!
As a guy I was quite cautious and against this kinda stuff, but I went and spoke with Michaela and she completely changed my mind. I’m starting to get older and just wanted to do some damage control/take the edge off the signs of aging and she sat me down and went through everything with me, She listened to my needs and gave my confidence to set an appointment. She is goddess at what she does and has made me feel like a new man. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but the results are amazing and make me feel great. All of the women are super friendly and welcoming, I couldn’t recommend Michaela and the team highly enough.
The staff here are extremely knowledgeable of their crafts. Very professional and clean. Ali has been looking after my acne and scarring now for just 2 visits and the results are insane. She is super passionate and her attention to detail is flawless. Cheers
