Brisbane Anti Wrinkle & Skin Studio East Brisbane

I was extremely disappointed with my appointment with Trinity at the Springfield clinic. I booked an appointment to discuss anti wrinkle injectables. I did my research on the webpage getting prices from their clinic menu and even picked up the clinic menu in the salon yesterday. However when I had my appointment the prices that I was quoted per unit were $2 higher then every written piece of material I had read from this place. I feel that they either haven't trained their staff properly in the prices of the product or they are misleading customers to get them into the store for treatment. Either way I'll never be a customer.

Brisbane Anti Wrinkle & Skin Studio is the best in the business. I love all the skin and laser treatments I have had previously by the beautiful staff. Have also ventured into using a touch of baby botox from their lovely head nurse Tracey. Would 100% recommend Brisbane Anti Wrinkle to anyone.

I arrived at my confirmed appointment this morning to be told my the officious and rude staff member that I didn't have an appointment and that I had actually cancelledit, which was incorrect. Even when I produced an email confirming the appointment the staff member refused to take any responsibility for what was clearly a computer glitch at their end. I won't be returning.

First and foremost I would like to take the time to say a massive THANKYOU to Maria at the East Brisbane Clinic. Since the first day I meet her, she was P E R F E C T I O N! She took the time to look at my skin, explained what she would recommend I have done treatment wise in the clinic, explained in depth every step of the treatment she was conducting at the time and why she was doing that exact treatment and the benefits I would gain from that treatment, she then went on to help me understand the products I needed and why I needed them. Not once did I feel like she was pushing a sale on me. At the end of every microdermabrasion treatment with Maria I walked away with my home care, full knowledge of what is expected of me at home during my home regime and of course my skin feeling and looking better each time! I can't express how grateful I am to have Maria as my therapist. Now onto Tracey (also at East clinic ) the Botox queen. From my first ever Botox treatment she made me feel at ease and talked me through every step. From the consult through to the finished product Tracey was full of knowledge and I not once second guessed anything she said or explained. Thank you 'BRISBANE ANTI WRINKLE & SKIN STUDIO'....Forever a returning client.
