I had a great experience here. I used a Groupon for 90-minute pamper package, and the massage I received was excellent. The lady was considerate of the pressure I wanted, focused on my problem areas and was mindful of areas I wanted avoided. The body scrub and mask were less than I expected - as far as I could tell they were only applied to my back. You're also left for 15 minutes when the mask is developing on your back, which is time that could be otherwise used although I did find it relaxing and fell asleep. Overall it was a very enjoyable, relaxing experience. Beware that on-street parking in this area is 2 hours maximum, but thankfully is not metered.

I was extremely disappointed with my massage. I bought a package deal voucher which included several things including a massage, facial and body scrub. The body scrub consisted of rubbing my back with what felt like a scourer and then putting cream on my back and saying they would be back in 15 minutes. The facial involved cleaning and exfoliation followed by yet another 20 minutes of being left with cream on my face. The massage lasted about 30 min and was below average. The whole experience was terrible. Please don't waste your money.

I had a fabulous massage package today with a lady named Pang with my Groupon voucher. All the staff were very polite and attended to all my needs. I was definitely pampered for the entire 1.5 hours and felt extremely rejuvenated afterward. Exceptional value for money. I have already booked in my next appointment. I'm not sure what all these other reviewers expected but I was extremely happy with the service I received today. Thankyou ladies!

I received a Groupon voucher for a hot oil massage and facial as a present. As mentioned in the other comments, I too was left twice for long periods of time atleast 25 minutes total. I was also freezing, as I was wiped down with wet cloths and then covered in a thin towel while only wearing underwear. The facial wasn't really a facial, it was just a cleanse... scrub and moisturiser... which I could have done at home. The massage was incredibly painful at times and I kept mentioning that it was too hard but the lady kept the pressure at the same strength. I guess I left feeling relaxed however it definitely could have been better and I sadly wouldn't return.

I was recently gifted a massage experience here. Had a great time, staff were polite and welcoming. I received a well earned pampering. The pressure was just how I like it, firm & hard. Very happy to return again. There is no parking at the actual place, but there is plenty of parking at the 2 neighbouring local streets.

I was saddened to see such critical reviews for this business which has prompted me to leave a review of my own experience. My partner and I were going to putchase the couple Groupon deal for $129 but decided to check what bookings were available first. The lady answering the phone on a Wednesday said she would be happy to accomodate us the same weekend on a Sunday early for the same price without a Groupon voucher. The facility is no 5 star day spa but was clean and comfortable. The service was incredible and the massage was very nice and just what we needed. They were very courteous and could not do enough to ensure we were happy with every part of the service and made sure we were very comfortable the entire time. Thank you to all the lovely ladies for giving up your Sunday morning to take such good care of us.

My boyfriend got us a couple massage via Groupon for my birthday. I booked as per the vouchers instructions, we turned up for our appointment today, and they’re not there! Tried to call them but two of their three numbers on the website don’t work, and they’re not answering their third number. I think they've closed down - a cancellation advice would have been good!

I had been for a Groupon massage a couple of times here and the experience was amazing. Amp was the name of the lady I saw on those occasions and the massage was exactly a 90 minute total pampering session. We I recently returned AMP was gone and it was no longer a 90 minute pampering session : This Groupon advertising is now VERY misleading. It is false advertising. This is a 1 hour and five minute massage. It involves two breaks, the first is 15 minutes after the back scrub and the second is ten minutes during the facial. Both breaks are very uncomfortable, you begin to feel cold and wonder why nothing is happening... The ingredients used are not active so there is no benefit to being left on the skin for these lengthy periods. Please advertise correctly and make it an hour massage and hopefully then there will be no need for breaks, the massage will be continually flowing and everyone will be happy:

Such a disappointment. A total waste of time and money. I paid $69 for a Groupon voucher for the Pamper Package and still felt incredibly ripped off. I think I would have cried if I had paid the full $339 it's advertised to be normally. Here's a summary of my experience please learn from my mistake!: To start with, the towels I was lying on and covering me were damp. I was in a thin curtained off area right next to an older man and woman getting a couples massage I think there are only 2 sections in the place, which explains the painful booking process. The girl looking after me came in and slathered a couple of different products on my back, very rushed and without care definitely not a relaxing start. She then left for at least 15 to 20 minutes. She came back, wiped my back down. She then moved on to the oil massage. I couldn't believe how rushed she was. I felt like I was an animal being basted before roasting. Also, there was very little stretching like traditional Thai massage places. The girl looking after me was very large and when she leaned on me, the cheap massage table kept sliding around the room seriously. She hopped up on the table with me a couple of times and I was legitimately concerned that the whole thing would collapse. At one point she knocked over a tray with several small bowls of incense / rose petals in them. It went all over the floor. She then told me he was going to go wash her hands but didn't return for another 10 minutes. She came back and wiped me down then moved on to the facial. Slathered on and wiped off a few products then pasted on a mask and said it needed to dry for a while and left. I Lay there for 15 minutes with no sign of her coming back. I could hear the girls cleaning and someone taking the rubbish out. I got up and used my phone for 5 or 10 minutes while I was still waiting. I eventually had to head out with a towel around my waist and the face mask still on to ask what was happening I was a bit annoyed by this stage. The girl came back and was annoyed back at me saying the mask had to dry I'm no beauty expert but 20 minutes seems too long. When I was leaving I told them how dissapointed I was, not only with the poor quality massage but also for being left there for such long periods of time. They got pretty defensive and told me that was my problem if I didn't like how they did things. They told me if I had a problem to call their director and take it up with him. I got his number, called him and explained the whole situation. I told him that he should have a chance to explain / justify / apologise for the terrible quality experience that I had before I left reviews online. He gave me no apology or explanation. I would have been very happy with a partial refund or an offer to come back for them to show me what the experience was supposed to be like. Any thing really. He just echoed the girl at the place and told me that it was my problem if I didn't like how I was treated. He said I could go ahead and write whatever reviews I like online and that it wouldn't make a difference. Please let it make a difference! Save yourself a headache and avoid this place, even if there is a cheap voucher on sale.

Was a fantastic massage and experience for my self and my friend. The ladies were absoulty wonderful. Very warm and welcoming. Others may have had a bad experience but we did not have 1 issue. Highly recommend
