I worked with Jico at the Kohler store, who spent a lot of time explaining all the different options and parts. He communicated promptly and well and I couldn’t have made all my bathroom faucet, fixture, and tub choices without his help. I appreciated getting to see the shower in action in their showroom to get a sense of the water pressure. I went with the Purist line in brushed brass and the Underscore soaking tub, which fit the tight 60 x 30 space but gives me a few extra inches of depth over my last tub. Very happy with the products, service, and delivery. Much recommended
Overwhelming selection. Need appointment, but sales staff very good at helping you put together your project. They are actually an independent distributor and staff helpfully recommended brands they did not carry when we needed something unique. High quality, but not cheap.
Showroom is beautiful. It's so helpful to be able to see and touch the products and to compare them. The salespeople are helpful and well informed. Shih was terrific in clarifying a lot of our options. I went through several iterations of my plan - Lorel was so patient. When she was not available, Tiara jumped in to answer questions, and Joseph addressed our last questions and closed the deal for us! It's a good team. I highly recommend going to the Kohler Experience. Don't waste time and braincells online.
I really appreciated the attention I received from Joseph. He was patient and helpful, even though I wasn't ordering my fixtures from him because they are for a renovation out of state. He gave me all the information I needed for my builder to place the order.
I worked with Shiv at Kohler and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to find alternatives and discussed options that fit my aesthetic and budget, which I truly appreciated!
Overall, I really love my beautiful Kohler products as they perform and help make my bathroom much better. I worked with Shiv and he was amazing with providing me with what I need. He was honest and trustworthy -- made excellent choices that were practical and not overly pricey.
My wife and I were very pleased to work with Shiv Singh at the Experience Center. His insights were models of clarity and helpfulness. Without pressure, he guided us through options for fixed and hand held shower heads, finish options and control configurations. His command of the product line was thorough, adding to our confidence in choices we made. As a seasoned design professional, I was impressed by his depth of knowledge.
Working with Joseph at the Kohler Experience Center is always a pleasure. His depth of knowledge is invaluable. From everything to what products are needed, availability, pricing and delivery, to New York codes and what will and won't work. Let's be honest, anyone can pick out the pretty fixtures, but what actually goes behind the walls is the tricky part. Joseph knows it all and I rest assured that I have everything I need for my project! Highly recommend!
The Kohler Experience Center is a beautiful showroom space with plenty of room to display many of their products. It makes it very easy to show clients all the options and help them understand exactly what they are getting. We particularly love working with Joseph F. He is super professional, upbeat and highly knowledgeable, and he also follows up in a very timely manner with quotes, images, phone calls, etc. We couldn’t ask for more!
My experience with Kohler has been exceptional! The representative that I have been working with during our renovation is courteous, knowledgeable and super fast about responding to my needs. My contractor will be using them from now on for all their future client needs!
