Had the same experience... quick to take your money and extremely slow to deliver the goods....they know it takes a long time but won't tell the customer uo front in fear of losing the sale. Plus the quality is not the best on the furniture... looks good on the outside but cheaply made. Example my coffee table surface is venered and randle holes are appearing in the veneer

They will give you 8-12 week waiting time and won't deliver even after 8 months, with the same reason, they don't know where the ship is? Seriously

Order buffet, TV cabinet and dining set. Given a delivery time of 8-12 weeks. After leaving deposit, we heard no communication about our order running late. After following up multiple times and 18 weeks wait, we still didn't have a definite indication of when to see the delivery so we cancelled the order. Had a negative experience, poor service and communication. Have heard other negative reviews about their delivery and also product quality. Please use this feedback constructively to improve your processes.
