I had a amazing experience with step by step furniture, from the moment I walked in to the moment the furniture was delivered and assembled. the lady at the store was more than helpful and super sweet throughout the whole process. The prices were super reasonable & affordable, all the furniture were high quality & very appealing to the eye. their delivery service was very prompt, they called before arriving and called when they got here. the gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job assembling my bedroom furniture. I am definitely shopping here again for my next set and will definitely refer them to my family and friends.
Customer service is great. They were very helpful and responsive. I gave 3 stars because the couch I purchased 2 months ago is not comfortable. You can hear squeaky sounds when you sit down and also feel the wood.

Quality was excellent and when the beds were delivered, the gentleman was extremely polite and professional. I am so glad we checked this location. Best affordable furniture store i love the quality of the products. Services is on point jocy will give you the best customer service. I love these place and yes i would recommend to anyone to go there and shop for there furniture and what more good about it that they dont check credit and i can walk out the store with what i want. I bought my bed set from here and i love it.
Great customer service, friendly people. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you want or need. The delivery service is also fast and professional. I’ve purchased two living room sets and accessories from them. I will definitely use them again in future purchases.
My wife Linda found a really nice dining table that she has been looking for a while, saw it on FB negotiated online and when she got there staff were welcoming and friendly and stand by what they say. we were even surprised that they offered to deliver for free and set it up on top of that they disposed the one we had. thank you guys for the good work you'll do and we will be back to see you for other furniture needs.
Step by step furniture is literally the best!! The people there are so nice, respectful & they attend you very well! They offer all of their help and try their very best to work with you and find something you really want, affordable, & obviously for it to be pretty! They don’t only help you inside the store but also help you by bringing to your home and building it for you! Guys you literally have to shop there! They’ve got everything you guys need! You won’t regret it!!
They are very professional and helpful! Also was very patient with me asking questions and etc. They set my bed up in a great timely manner. I definitely recommend them. I’m happy with my bed!! Thank you once again.
I order my bed price was reasonable service was great also got great communication with my same day delivery, set up was quick from the store to the delivery guys my personal experience was amazing in the future I will shop with them again
