Fantastic Service, I ordered a small item that was not in stock and Nisbets had to send from their main warehouse. Less than a day later they rang they had it and I picked up. Brilliant. Thank You Nisbets
16/05/2022 I went to the Castle Hill store today to see a pump action thermos. Even though online it showed that the item was available, it was not it was not available, in stock, in the store and we needed to order it from another store The customer service was very good I was served by a gentlemen there who assured me that he is ordering the product and it should be there within the next business day or so. I am now patiently awaiting for my order and will be updating this review accordingly thank you. 16/05/2022 18/05/2022 Just got the thermos. Was really happy with the quality. The build is robust and the materials are of good quality.
Nisbets has been a secret haunt of mine for a few years now. From buying for personal & now business use, they have the goods at competitive prices and stock is never far away. Grant H.
I have to be pushed to the limit to come to the point of writing a bad review. Used to regularly purchase for at least 7 years, but recently absolutely no care given to the customer. Extremely disappointed
head office store poor online service ..... again 1st order 3 attempts to get a delivery right kept short delivering items 2nd order placed 3 weeks later i chase it up told sorry sold out of the item i purchased even though was available at time of order my items were allocated to someone else ... unprofessional in every sense

Bought some slate plates on Wednesday 24 February 2021 , the young lady who served me could not have done more or been more pleasant or more enthusiastically efficient. The plates had to be ordered which I was expecting but they arrived the very next day . This is in contrast to the week before Christmas when I tried to purchase the same plates, two women , an older and a younger woman virtually talked me out of making a purchase. The plates weren’t here, they’d have to be ordered , it’ll take too long . They might be in the warehouse. Strange way to work in sales , and hospitality sales at that. The young lady who arranged my plates epitomized hospitality and service and restored my faith in your company . Well done
