Have purchased 2 sofas from Plush Castle Hill the Melbourne and Aspen. I could not be happier!!! The service given was superb by the store manager. He gave great advice on choosing the sofa size and orientation for the space in our home as well as the fabric and colours. We were building our home at the time and had to keep requesting a revision to the delivery date. This was not a problem for the delivery team who contacted me in advance of the delivery each time. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

I've purchased a number of sofas and a sofa bed from Plush Castle Hill and each time they were extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the products and what models and fabrics and colours were appropriate for the rooms I was furnishing. The Melbourne lounge is particularly comfortable!

Looķing through the reviews so many customers were pleased with the service they received as I was when we bought our Carlton sofa. However, I came across a negative review which I find hard to believe as we received such helpful service from the manager there.
