I agree, they try their best to keep your bond, 'their cleaner' doesn't clean so that you lose your bond . Even get their pool company to let your dogs out of the yard! Do not trust!

My family has rented through many agencies in Cairns over the years and we have previously rented through Koala Blue and are with them again. Our first experience was fault free. We had zero issues during our tenancy including receiving our full bond. As well, our current experience is good. I don't expect there to be any issues this time around at vacate either. If you do the right thing by them, they will do the right thing by you. Other agencies we have rented through have not all been wonderful despite our hassle free, arrears free tenancy all the time.

If you rent with this company just make sure you document EVERYTHING!!!! This real estate completely ignored our condition report when we took possession of the property and when we vacated, demanded that everything be perfect to the point of a new house which was far above the condition when we moved in!!!.... they check outside of door frames with babywipes!!!! They love to keep your bond!!!!

Definite contenders for worst rental agency in cairns. They will find ANY excuse not to refund your bond. Avoid like the plague.
