I cleaned 1 of their properties under the instructions of their tenant who  The clean was done very well but we had to go back which we obliged to do. There was a 3 page A4 list ok..we completed that.most of that did not need doing but we did it. Ripped off once again. Tenant won't reply we have not been paid as the agent said the clean was not completed. Second tome this has happened. Very rude and

I Will never rent through Garry Walker again, the ladies are very rude and unreasonable with there Tennant's. .. poor professionalism.. they work towards the Tennant not with them. Glad to be out of that.

Gary walker has managed my rental property for many years and more recently the sale of this property. Mark and Karen and the team are always available to help, very knowledgeable and have gone to great lengths to ensure smooth management as a rental and the best value in the sale. I highly recommend them.

I was with Garry Walker for 10 months. And I will never rent through these people again. Our property manger Rae was always rude when we rang with a issue. We accidentally put a hole in the wall when we moved out we admitted to what happen as soon as we left the house and her response was absolutely appalling. We never had the problem of paying for it either. We left the house very tidy we kept getting different responses every time we asked where our bond was as it was rolling on over a month. In saying all this the house we rented went up for sale not long we moved in and we had James as our seller James was absolutely amazing and very respectful to us and gave us plenty of notice and kept us informed of everything. We also had Sam as our inspection lady and I can not fault her either Sam was amazing and onto any problem we had. She was always friendly when she was there. Other then those to people I am very disappointed in this realstate

Mark from Walkers was knowledgeable and reliable when it came to selling my Grandmother's property. He was friendly and approachable and managed to get much more than we had anticipated at the first open home. He communicated well and was always honest. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Cairns.

James from Garry Walker recently sold our property for us. He went above and beyond. His communication and updating us was exceptional and we are so appreciative of his help. Highly recommend James for any buying and selling needs.

Absolutely astonished by this real estate, bad customer service and bad at keeping you in the loop of your application. I called them asking about my application and they couldn’t find it and me sitting here waiting and saying it’s a good sign it wasn’t, so if I hadn’t called them I wouldn’t have found out I didn’t get the place at all.  Never again.
