Very unprofessional is an understatement. Constantly lied to about repairs and improving the property, given false promises to your face then denied any knowledge or agreeing to repair the place. Tried to charge us for maintenance and repairs, constantly breaching the lease agreement and refusing to carry our required repairs. I would strongly recommend looking at other agents around that are professional. 
PS I noticed their staff have left 5 star recommendations so there's a good indication of how professional they actually are

Rental standards of accom offered very low..No needed front door screens,3 bedrooms of a home unusable- no modern A/Cs & like a Oven,,baby's been crying 300 nights & not knew why until parents shifted beds into loungroom with crappy old box A/C & slept well..Lawn full of -" prickly weed-"& Unuseable..Tenants do have standards..wouldn't listen to tenants need of front door security screens with baby & safety fears..& need to let a breeze thru the house..SHABBY-!

Everything about these real estate agents are five star, their professionalism, friendliness and how they go out of their way to do everything for you. You can't get better agents in Cairns.
