There needs to be an option for zero stars. Zero professionalism, rude, impatient and demanding. How is this place still running?! I'm disgusted. Don't do any business with lady named 'CJ' take your business elsewhere. I should have known from all the bad reviews.
Definitely the rudest lady I have ever dealt with. Was not professional at all and was very snarky with replies to my very simple questions. Considering I was being polite to her rude replies she still didn’t have the decency to be polite back! This real estate definitely needs to invest in a new receptionist.
Most evil is real estate ever there was a unit that was just below mine who this real estate moved in people who were drug addicts squatters and just all around criminals coming over this place anytime day and night parking they parked their cars in our car spots, random people would be coming on any time of the day or night, intimidating the local residents who lived there and I spoken to this real estate about the ongoing issues that they're bringing into the units and they said to me they know about it and that was that it. They didn't tell me how they going to resolve this or when they're going to resolve this they didn't care I think all I care about was as long as people were paying their bills that was good enough for them.
I have had nothing but problems with this real estate. I have been accused of having another tenant living with me without providing any evidence. I have been accused of being a drug addict and having drug dealers sleeping in the unit. I own a lawn mowing business and I work with the Council and other Government agencies so I am randomly drug tested. Very rude, very poor service. The shop smells like stale tobacco. They do NO maintenance on the property. I have had 1 inspection in the past 4 years of living in this unit. I had a gas leak and needed it repaired. I was charged for the repairs, which is not my responsibility. I was also TOLD I needed to pay the gas bill with my rent money and then I was issued with a rent in arrears remedy to breach form. Someone broke into my unit and kicked my door in. Ace Real Estate took over 2 weeks to fix the door. I had to nail fence palings across the door like a low budget Hollywood zombie movie scene. What a complete joke. I have been told, not asked but told, NOT to park vehicles in the carport. I had a scooter in the carport and I was TOLD to remove the scooter or it would be towed away, ummmm okay. It's a carport and exactly how do you tow a scooter? I have been told to CLEAN UP the property and remove the garbage other tenants have left behind. I have been issued a remedy to breach form for belongings other people have left behind on the premises. I was TOLD to REMOVE vehicles that were parked in the back entrance of the property, which do NOT belong to me. I explained that the vehicles DO NOT belong to me and I was TOLD if I did NOT remove them they would be towed away. Ummm, okay, that's not even legal. I can go on and on and on and on all day and all night. I have over 50 incidents recorded and documented. Garbage real estate. DO NOT waste your time with this pathetic agency.
CJ is a fantastic lady and has made our move to Cairns easy. Any repairs needed are seen to fast and correctly we love our rental home and CJ has made us feel very welcome
The worst and most unprofessional/shady Real Estate i have ever dealt with. Friend who has never rented before got approved for a unit through this real estate. He was very happy, organised Bond, brought first few things for unit, called Ergon to set up electricity, ended his current accomodation and he said would contact them the following day to follow up as he was waiting on a Bond loan to come through. Because the Bond loan took over 24 hours and he called first thing the following morning instead Ace Real Estate has given away the unit to somebody else without even a phone call, email, sms . Abnsolutley NO contact was made to state if he did not contact back in the 2r4 hours property would be given away. Lady who worked there was very rude stating a lot of people are looking for a place, saying it was my friends fault as he did not contact back that same day even though have it in writing he was approved for property! Taking this matter further through RTA and QCAT . Wish I could rate this as NO star on my review!!!!
Very crooked real estate... never fixed numerous things that were wrong with the unit, even 2yrs later the taps are leaking. Charged me for carpet cleaning after I moved in, which should have been done by previous tenants. Very very very rude people!
