We rented a property in Forest Gardens for a period of 2 years. Our Property Manager Patricia Nicholls was a sensation to deal with. At all times we were given appropriate notice when inspections were due and the exit inspection was facilitated earlier than required and as requested. Cairns Property Office are a great people who in my opinion and dealings rent out quality homes. Thank you Patricia and thank you girls for all the assistance and a wonderful home to live in!!!!!! Cannot say enough great things about this Property Management Company.

CPO rentals has dropped the ball over the past couple of years. Failing to do property inspections. Not following landlords instructions regarding renewal of the lease, rather extending it and leaving out changes to to the property that should of been updated. Refusing to fix their errors. We had to intervene on maintenance requests to get things done in a timely manner. Ultimately it was better to take over the management ourselves.

Cairns Property Office have not looked after our property we have been given bad tennant after bad tennant with thousands of dollars worth of lost rent and damages. We might as well be looking after the property ourselves.
