I rented an apartment through Property Ladder and couldn’t be happier with their service. Communication was excellent and and any issues I had were resolved in a very timely fashion. Katie, Linda and Bart were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We have purchased through Property Ladder, and also have them property managing for us. Investing in property is not easy or simple, it's risky, and needs a lot of faith that the property is going to be looked after by both the people who make a home for themselves in there, and the agent who is managing it.  Having an agent who understands that is invaluable. PLs response time to issues is prompt for both the occupants and us. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, have a great support network of handy people and tradies to help us keep things on track and in good servicable order. Our properties are now in better condition then they were when we bought them, and we have lovely occupants in them. We want to keep it that way. Thanks PL team, we do appreciate the extra that you do.

Excellence in Service and Knowledge - Peace of Mind We have just sold our investment property that we have had Linda and Property Ladder look after for the last 13-14 years. Absolutely horrible experience. Was rented an apartment with a matress that stunk of cats urine, and a miniature 2 seat sofa fit for a hotel foyer. Kitchen ceiling got flooded and damaged next to a light fitting and wasnt fixed for over 8 months. Linda Tuck has no respect for ex serviceman  and the tennant in general. Wouldn't use this realty again, EVER!

My very first encounter with Linda & Property Ladder was around 2002 as a tenant, renting a unit she was managing. Since then I have dealt with her in many other capacities including as a buyer, and a landlord. I simply cannot rave enough about her. There is no other real estate agent that I trust. Linda goes above and beyond and has a very no BS approach, whilst always being incredibly fair. She works for the interests of not only the tenants but the landlords, which is a very rare trait in a real estate agent these days.  Just over 5 years ago I bought my first property - a 1 bedroom unit. I now have a 2 bedroom townhouse and duplex to add to that portfolio. If it wasn't for wealth of knowledge and guidance of Linda, I would not be in that position today. I 500% trust Linda and Property Ladder when it comes to anything real estate.
