Exceptional Customer Service at the Kmart Mackay Customer Service DesknI recently had a wonderful experience at the Kmart Mackay Customer Service Desk when I encountered an issue with my online order. Although they couldn't find my order, a young lady at the desk went above and beyond to assist me and ensure that my passport images were completed to the best condition possible. Her exceptional customer service and kind deeds deserve recognition. What outstanding service I received.Upon approaching the Customer Service Desk, I explained my situation to the young lady, who immediately empathised with my frustration. Despite not catching her name, her warm and friendly demeanour instantly put me at ease. She listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that she would do everything possible to help.The young lady's dedication & willingness to assist were truly remarkable lighting, angles, and settings to capture the images accurately. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a satisfactory outcome were evident throughout the process.nThank you
They NEVER answer the phone, have called twice in the last 2 days and sat on the phone for half an hour… not a single person answered the phone. Also very slack at keeping their stock up to date on the website. Will say they have stock when they don’t, and vis versa.
Had to get a refund the young man serving was wonderful, as it was a refund over $100 he had to call someone, the lady that come out Hannah, was very rude to him and he felt ashamed by the way she spoke, he apologised to me for her behaviour. If she can’t conduct herself in a proper manner she should not be working in retail
