Recently I bought a king size Trillian bed frame without the set. As they were out of stock I waited for 4 weeks for a frame to be available. As soon as one was in stock they sent me a message and a delivery date was discussed. The service I received inside the store was great despite them being seemingly low staffed for the month of Christmas. From here on, things take a negative turn. Since I don't live in Mackay, the bed had to be delivered as I mentioned before. Since the only day they make trips to the Whitsundays is on Fridays I was at work, leaving my 16 year old daughter to handle making sure it was done properly. As you could imagine, they had a large truck so they could complete a weeks worth or more of deliveries to my region. Living in a remote area, surrounded by forest, meant that their truck could not get up the driveway. However, my issue with this occurs when the men who offloaded the truck said they would help my daughter to get the boxes up the driveway but instead, left her as soon as she picked up a box, leaving behind rubbish and 4 boxes adding up to around 100kg total. One of the pieces of advice they gave my daughter, who is not legally allowed to drive alone, was to use her car to transport the boxes up the 60 meter driveway. So here she was, left with 100kg at the bottom of the driveway which is out of sight from the house due to tree coverage. She then had to move the boxes, by car, one at a time, as quickly as she could as to not ruin the wood in the heat of the middle of the day. None of the boxes fit in the boot of the Camry so she had to wedge them in the open boot and reverse up the driveway so they didn't fall out. This might not seem like much of an ordeal for some, but after paying for $110 for delivery, leaving four heavy boxes, two of which weighed around 40kg each, to a young 16 year old is a big ask and generally pitiful. After half an hour of moving the heavy boxes, my daughter then opened the boxes to ensure the contents wasn't damaged and we had all the pieces we needed. She found that the end of the bed was split. She quickly concluded that it was most likely done in the production and would not flaw the strength of the bed. Overall the service in the store was pretty good but the delivery side of things fell far short of my expectations for such a well known chain furniture store. I cannot see myself buying from Amart Furniture again.

Unreal returns policy. Had a return, no hassle to Amart. Was very surprised at how good the service was.
