Went to purchase a fan. Waited half an hour with no staff member coming near me. Went up to the counter to ask for someone to help, and was told they’d put the request over their headsets, and to wait back over by the fans. Had one lady walk past about 15 mins later who continued to walk straight past me as I asked if she could please help me. Eventually after 50 minutes a staff member walked down the next aisle so I asked for his help. For what it’s worth, he was lovely, but overall the service was non existent and terrible. The store was not overly busy, but to be waiting 50 minutes for a staff member to come near you while you’re standing in the store, 20 of those minutes after you’ve specifically requested help, is just rediculous.
Black friday sale was busy as. Staff were very well organised. Purchased within 5 mins. Pick up guys need double pay. Nothing was too much trouble and they planned the pick up reverse in well.nWatching customers trying to get them to fit larger items TV's etc into little cars was an eye-opener. Some obviously were not going to fit. Their patience was outstandstanding.nWell done guys.
Super happy with the service that Sasha @ Good Guys Mackay has provided to me. I bought couple airconditioners online in the good friday sales. I called yesterday to see whether it would be at all possible to have them delivered to me before Wednesday, and Sasha said she would call me back, as soon as she could ascertain an actual date with the delivery guys, and literally at 9.03 this morning, must have been the 1st job off the line today, she has called me to confirm all is ok! Attention to detail - PERFECT ! Bravo Sasha! Thank you so much!!! Getting an install was like juggling eggs at this time of year, but, you came through and allowed us to be airconned for Xmas, with the only 2 spots available for an install being Wednesday and Friday. Thank you again!
Prices are good but when u go pick up it’s not there do t trust there stocks don’t pay until u have the items and never trust their delivery dates there are months out
Caught some electrical appliances, and one of them was faulty. Went back to the store, and without a hassle, they replaced it. Heaps of good quality stuff at good prices.
