Hi was looking for ipads air plugs etc. Went up and down levels as directory signs near escalator said which floor level they were on. Looked all over the store and went to counter and asked. Only to be told you order them I online now. Please update directory. And had to ask several times what was the price of items. As there wasn't a price on. Other than that the store was set out beautifully.
Had a good time shopping at Myer for last minute winter clothing. Good timing that the clearance pieces had been further discounted as well! Ailene Belen was also a wonderful assistant to our shopping experience!
Wonderful place to wander around looking, a bit expensive for a pensioner, but just sometimes you may pick up a bargain. Well displayed throughout every section. Helpfull staff.
Rude and useless. Was sold a faulty Dyson. Went in to get it replaced, did a 10 min questionnaire to verify or something the fault, only to be told I’d have to call Dyson direct as Myer doesn’t replace their faulty sales.
I ordered online and paid for two separate gift wrapping. They wrapped the two items in one box and when asked to separate them, I was given a smirk by this specific staff. Waited almost an hour for the re-wrapping. Then i was presented with a very dodgy unpleasant looking wrapped gift. The manager and another staff offered to re-wrap it again for me or refund but I refused considering all the trouble. I’ve always ordered with Myer online Mackay and I’ve tried gift-wrapping this time for the first time. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE. OTHERWISE, everything is good. Most of the staff are lovely and friendly. Easy and quick click and collect.
Fantastic experience shopping for suites for our wedding day. Jacob was beyond exceptional. The fit and the style of the Cambridge clothing is impeccable. And without his knowledge our special day wouldn't look nearly as amazing. Thank you Jacob
My wife and I attended the Myres store in Mackay on Saturday 27/07/22. The lady who served is from start to finish was exceptional. We can’t remember the ladies name other than she was of Russian decent. We had an amazing experience with her and laughed as we shopped. Well done Myres and In particular the beautiful person who looked after my wife with the shop purchases and online products we bought.
Spent too much according to the bank s/ment but purchased items that I have needed to buy in the future. Always love shopping at Myers and good to accrue points on my Myer Card.
Always love to shop for clothes, shoes, perfume and other accessories at Myer because the store sells everything you need. The staff named Tracy is helpful and friendly.
Just love shopping in here, easy walk ways, clear department's and always friendly staff
