I have bought a number of products here over the years and they are usually good on price and have products in stock. Depending on the time of day it can sometimes be difficult to find someone to serve you but have dealt with some really helpful guys. Most recent was Josh who helped me with what I was after, did a good price then also helped with a warranty on a previous purchase. Much better service than you get at Harvey Norman.

Not sure why everyone is complaining but I've had a great exspirence at jbhi fi staff always been nice any issues with products they easily sort out keep it up everyone (:

Request for copy of receipt made by ph 14 Dec 2017 and was under the impression I could expect email within 20mins. Further request since via email links have been unsuccessful to date. Sale was easy on the day. Assistance thereafter has left me disappointed, angry and anxious. Tried to attach copy of ph log and email, to make it easy for you to follow up on my request, but having difficulty. Can't see it on post.

Bought my partner VR Package for his Xmas present NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY, the dude that served me knew what he was doing, I walked out there without the MAIN item which was the damn camera.. Not a good start to Xmas
