It had trolleys when I went this time but it's a very standard big w and I obviously believe that deserves 5 stars in itself.

Amos is a very helpful worker who helped me find what I was looking for, Amos should be a manager with the amount of support and care for the customers. He was polite and helped me find what I was looking for with a genuine care for me and then I watched him help other customers in the same way and I was very pleased. Promote him

The store was fine but when it came to checkout time the only option available to me was self check out and I'm not happy about that. I want to say hi to a smiling staff member, ask about their day and have any ink tags removed from items I've bought for my grandkids. The buzzer went off as I departed but I was just waved on our. I live 400kms away and had to wait until I was at another Big W store to get the tags removed. 3/5 stars for appalling customer service

Good big w in a large shopping centre, they had what l needed so that's great

Always shop here for my books first. And then spend hours looking at everything else. Always come out with a full bag.
