Customer service by Kayla today was amazing. The product I wanted wasn’t on the shelf & after checking for stock, she took the time to go out back & get me one…all with a smile & pleasant demeanour so thank you.
They had run out of a stocked item, so they took my phone number and two weeks later phoned me to let me know they had restocked the item. They then placed my item at the customer service counter for me to pick up at my leisure. Great old-fashioned service. A special thanks goes to Alex and her team.
Service is always seriously slow at click and collect desk.nFriendly staff.nProducts always out of stock.nTrading hours early December shut 6pm which was a bit annoying.nThings stupidly overpriced!!!

Went in to buy a phone. Salesman could not get the phone cabinet to open. He then called another staff member to help.nShe couldn't open it either. He tells her it's happened before and wasn't fixed properly. They tell me it could take days to get fixed and open. I say ok call me then and I'll come and buy a phone. They say we can't do that. I protest, so they reluctantly take my details.nI'm not very confident that they will call.nNot good enough BIG W........
