I would like to thank the owners and staff of the big W in Mackay for the amazing selection of chocolate bars that I just can't get in the UK. I must have been half an hour deciding, much to my wife's dismay. Eventually I brought a caramel chocolate bar with crunchy bits and a soft caramel layer and a rum and raisin bar which I haven't had in years. Brought a tear to my eye.

3 times I have been to big w shop because there website state it has what I wanted but each time I have there is no bloody stock in. I have made 3 trips to get said items only to find they don’t have said item in even though the website states it is in store. This is false advertising how many other people have been caught out.

From the greeter when you enter, to the floor staff, the layby/click and collect staff , to the checkout operators and self service person all staff are friendly and helpful

Always seem to be really hot in this store. I do like the layout, it is easy to shop and find items. Service could be a little bit better in the electronics, but overall not too bad.

This  shop has great range of all kinds of things.
