I do not feel welcomed when I’m in the store . I feel very uncomfortable and as if I’m interrupting them . The manager never ever smiles , she will look up at me then look back down without saying a word . Then I will walk down to rockwear and the girls are all so lovely and happy and help me so much there . Take a leaf from their book Lorna Jane Mackay
