I have shopped here multiple times before and always enjoyed my experience. I've noticed staff changes and the store has gone down hill dramatically. I recently went into this store and the young blonde lady working was making a personal phone call on her phone while other customers were in the store and continued to text after, and never acknowledged me this whole time. Even after walking past the counter. I had intentions of spending here but refused by the awful customer service. I may purchase online from now on.
