There is a real feeling of space here with low shelving units and roomy aisles. Quite stylish & attractive. Very broad range of products and the staff are very helpful. Location on the mezzanine level at Canelands means quick, easy access from the carpark. Great for big or heavy items. Bit of a mix with some budget items and some more upmarket. Enjoyable shopping experience.
I will not shop here again the service is no good the head operator sent staff member to lunch and she went off to the department mere the glass panels and l had to sing out who is serving me and the head operated come back and all she could say l sorry she finished the sale and l left and being disabled lts not good enough Brett Peters
Pretty cool store. Not as big as the one in Launceston but wow, has everything you can think of. Pretty good prices too!
Very good range of kitchen and linen etc like a cheaper version of myers but quality is the same.
Small store but a lot of variety including electrical items and clothing. Manchester was cheap and great quality.

purchased a split lazy Susan and then received the worst customer service form a woman called Colleen, not once but twice! Disappointed
