I guess I should have checked the review before I even placed a click and collect order. I could have save me precious time and money getting the heads-up! Seems to me both items I have ordered says in stock only to find out when going to collect the next day was told all stocks ain't available to my surprise. Not forgetting I had not received any email or notice to say my orders was ready to pick up which was questionable so I went in anyways as now it has past 24hrs plus. But isn't that the whole idea of 'Click and Collect? Don't bother to ring as this went to deaf ears. I mean who wouldn't be frustrated hearing the phone ring out? Here's the crazy thing, both items were in store but they refuse to give me a refund or collect the items myself. There explanation was they are overwhelmingly busy and have not yet prepared my order therefore I must wait 2-5 business days or ring customer service as they don't deal with any queries relating to click and collect. So if i did not get a message then it's just not ready to pick up. Imagine the frustration I got when handed another 'wireless' phone number to ring! Nope they can't help me with rectifying the problem or give me a reasonable answer about my paid items. Don't give me Jack shit excuses about the Christmas rush because I offered to collect the two items myself but was told I need to wait for the process to happen otherwise call that number. So here's a one star for efforts
Kmart Browns Plains is the worst Kmart store I’ve been! I love Kmart and honestly if the brand was about this store, I would never purchase anything again. One of the worst customer services I’ve experienced as well. James one of the staff at the door and Autumn, who supposedly is the manager I prefer to believe someone in a higher position wouldn’t hire/promote this person to be managing a store, had a terrible customer service. I was seeking help to exchange/refund things in store before the current policy took place in August 2024 about having the proof of purchase for this, and even this happened on 21/07 afternoon and the company website cleared stated this would start in August, when I show this to Autumn she simply gave some non sense irrational excuse, saying she was not able to do anything and exchange as I didn’t have the proof of purchase. Just her way of treating the situation, not friendly at all and rude about it, made the whole thing a bad experience. I completely get it about having the proof of purchase as some people try to take advantage of things, but Kmart always had this flexible and easy way to exchange and refund, which to be honest gives anyone the peace of mind to spend more and buy things that you know you can exchange if it doesn’t suit the purpose and this is one of the reasons I always buy there. If I knew and if this was in place at the time it happened, I would surely agree to provide the proof of purchase with no issues, but obviously because this was not valid yet I didn’t keep the receipt. Went to Kmart Sunnybank and really should’ve got the name of the lady who was absolutely lovely, amazing customer service and very helpful with it. She also knew clearly the policy and how this would start in August only. Just completely different environment and experience. I keep all the proof of purchase now with no problems, but definitely this store seriously need some more training and attention on how the customer service is being provided in there. Don’t recommend and will never step closer to this store again.
I received my email to say that my parcel was delivered from both the delivery company and Kmart and they managed to lose my parcel and ruined my sisters birthday party. Absolutely disgusting service and attitudes displayed from staff. I had asked if they could please call me if they find it and they told me it wasn't there job to follow it up. What a farce.
Kmart in browns plains is the worst store I’ve ever had to deal with I put a click and collect order in for my sons Christmas just for them to cancel it on me at 5:30 am and not send the money back they are completely ridiculous Loganholme 100% better and has almost everything in stock.nnWorst Kmart by far
What's the point in them even having a phone?nI had been trying to get through to them for a few hours regarding an order, and it just keeps calling out. I get they would be busy being christmas. BUT 30 minutes??? Maybe longer if I'd stayed on the phone, I gave up waiting. They will have extra staff on, surely some knows how to answer a phone!!nNot doing click and collect through them again, that's for sure. I'll stick with BigW, at least they know how to answer phones.
