Literally worst Kmart I’ve ever been into.nStore is an absolute mess. Gaps in shelving everywhere. And just gross.nWanted booster seat for son. Only had 2 baby capsules in stock and no other car seats at all.nWent to get him an outfit and they had no size 7 in any of the jumper or track pants options other than the nasty cheap looking ones.nAnd then when we went to get him a toy, this was on a random shelf which you’ll notice is also empty nWhoever is in control of stock ordering and store presentation needs to be fired.
Went into the store today, I Found it super hard to navigate throughout the store every single aisle I’ve tried to go down with the pram Was blocked off, Products all over the floor, My 13-year-old son was also struggling to get the trolley through behind me as well, Could barely find what I was looking for. Was told to go over to the counter for service And I stood there until the lady told me it was actually a self-service counter. The only positive was she came over and ended up helping me scan and put the sales through for me. Other than that, I was actually completely shocked as I shop at my local Kmart very often and have never had this issue.
Absolutely disgusting store. Completely filthy. Aisles blocked everywhere and products all over floor and under every shelf . Food scraps and coffee cups littered everywhere. Staff impossible to find and when you do, they seemed so apathetic in their response.nLeft the store overwhelmed and empty handed!nGet your act together and clean the place!!!!!nTrain your staff in customer service!!!!
Overall, the store is honestly very messy and alot of things are hard to find as they are all over the place.nEmma Black hair and was wearing glasses who was at the service desk tonight was absolutely amazing in her customer service, she was very helpful in both helping us locate things but also in resolving a very disappointing experience regarding the photo printing service, she is the reason the store is not rated lower.nShe gets all the stars, 10/10 for her. However the state of the store is what brings it down. I know many do their best at this store but there is still alot of improvement to go.
Last night I went to Kmart looking for sosme kitchen appliences to cook for my eight kids. This young man who goes by the name of Donal helped me find what I needed. The service here is so great. I really feel a sense of belonging when I step into this Kmart, makes me feel like there is still faith in humanity!!
