We bought a camping tent from Big W and tried to use it on our camping trip. It was not what it shows in the picture and really hard to put on and also had some gaps etc where snakes, rats, spiders could easily come in. 

We spoke to the counter girl and then to the Shift  manager with the  name batch "Kira"

Kira's whole approach to dealing with customers is wrong and especially when the customer is complaining.
The whole point of working in customer service industry is to calm down the angry customer and not to provoke. Don't tell the customer that he/she is wrong and I am right. 
I found her  whole approach to deal with the annoyed customer was wrong to start with  her tone of voice, body language and use of words.

I have been working in customer service industry myself and there are ways to calm down the customer and not argue and telling that you are wrong.

I found her approach really offensive. Big W management should think about putting the right person in a management role who knows about how to talk to customers.

Really disappointed with Kira's approach to handling customers.

Update: 08/03/18: Spoke to Store Manager Darren and met him at the store. He apologised and offered a full refund for the product. 

Good resolution and outcome after talking to him.
