I visited Just Jeans at Grand Plaza this morning on my way to work. I was greeted with the most remarkable customer service by the employee on shift. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, informed me of current sales and was overall very friendly and professional. She made me feel like we were old friends.

I've shopped at this store for quite a few years.  Unfortunately there is a new  staff member with long dark hair, who has very little customer service skills. She rarely smiles, greets customers or engages in conversation and only offers minimal assistance. She seriously needs to learn some customer service skills as shopping there is no longer a pleasant experience.

I made a purchase of several items of clothing and was charged for an item I did not buy or receive. When I queried this with the staff,  one in particular she denied all knowledge then accused me and my sister of lying about it saying we did have the item when we didnt. The attitude of this staff member was atrocious and condescending.  I met with an older woman who gave me a refund for half of the value "in good faith" she said. She also said both parties which was myself and staff member were both right..I dont see how that can be when I did not have the item in question but was charged $79.95 for a pair of shorts I  definitely did not buy..I spent over $300 and feel that I have been treated extremely badly...would never ever go back to that store again. To top it all off I had $165 left on a $500 gift card but they said it expired end of july and it was of no use. I mentioned it to the woman who gave me the refund of $41 today and she told me I should have gone online. I am 73 yrs young and thoroughly disguted at the attitude. Now I have paid over $200 ,for nothing !!!
