Customer service here is appalling, the lady that served us seemed liked she really hated her job and the world and it was thebsame for the rest of the staff.. we left and went to another store to get what we needed for this reason.. Rebel needs to utilise secret shopper
Rude customer service at check out , was just there this afternoon and you should have seen her face no smile , no greeting. Just a face sulking to serve a customer and also very unkind with her service as we were there to exchange items. Buy from there to make them monies and looks like she was racist and unhappy with her job.
Good service. Even at that moment being very busy he handled the moment very well.
