Staff member by the name Hannah didn't acknowledge anyone that came into the store. She walks past with RBF doesn't smile when you smile at her. Just rude, no acknowledgment at the check out either, no hello, just "these ones". So many other people out there that need jobs would have better customer service than her.
I bought some shoe and they looked fine while trying them on in the store. I had to wear them to work the next day for an hour.I couldn't beleive how bad they hurt for the rest of the week. The shoes look great on you but they hurt badly.This is a concern as they were not designed appropriately and hurt horribly.I havent been given a refund or exchange. I understand that its the company policy not to return worn shoe but this shouldnt be the case as they cause harm to people who intend to buy them. Do not compromise on quality for looks and buy shoe from famous.
Hannah went above and beyond for me today, she literally ran up to the counter to make sure I wasn’t waiting there to long, unpacked a pair of shoes from the stock that had literally just arrived because she heard me say I wanted the 9to5 shoes in black! And I’m pretty sure she was ‘off the clock’ as she had her bag in hand and walked out just after I did. Super friendly and an absolute asset to the Famous Footwear team! Thanks Hannah!
I went in to have a browse as I needed some sandals. The lone sales staff didn't acknowlege me there were only 2 other people in store at the time. I found some sandals that were on sale with no price on the box or sandals mind you it was difficult to even get to sales stock as boxes were in front of the racks. I took the sandals to get a price check. When i approached her at the desk was told " the price is on the box" I replied " No it isn't that's why I have asked you to please check it". She gave me the price then looked away, she could not have been less disinterested if she tried. I tried sandals then put them back and walked out. Terrible service.. will never go back. I worked in shoe sales for some years and the customer always comes first no matter if they a purchasing or not or just browsing.
I went into the store 5 minutes before close to do a walk in and walk out just to see if they had a similar pair of heels to ones i bought elsewhere. The staff member said to me we close at 4:30 and i said no worries just going in and out just having a quick look and she said ‘the attitude does not have to be had’. Fire her.
The customer service in this place leaves a lot to be desired! You can tell the staff member that served me yesterday was disinterested and quite rude. A half hearted greeting and I felt like I was was a bother while trying to chat to her while checking out. The stars are for the shoes not the service.
The girls here are always really helpful! They have even helped me with an online order because they didn’t have the style/colour I was looking for in store! Always a pleasure!
Lots of choice, variety & found staff lovely.
Cant wait till they get there little other coloured flat shoes back in !!
