Stood there waiting for 21 minutes while the lady at the counter was on the phone to another staff member. No one bothered to help or ask if I was alright, other staff member came up to the counter with their clients and served them first even though I was already waiting to be served. Did not end up purchasing what I was going to purchase however I just walked out after it was just too long to wait anymore.
Would never go here ever again.

Overpriced  and not much variety compared to other baby stores. I was left and made my purchase elsewhere as no one was there to help me.

Great staff that are very helpful and cheery.  Very competitive pricing cheaper than buying online with delivery on all items we purchased. (Pram, 2x car seats, high chair, baby carrier and bedding. )

I would love to say a huge Thankyou to the extremely helpful ladies at Baby Bounce Browns Plains.

I ended up in this store after a not so great experience in another Baby Bounce Store......

After lots of research, I had spent my morning looking for a Britax Slim Line Ahr and visited the Macgregor store first to try it out and buy one. 

There were none in stock in that store and I asked if they could possibly call another Baby Bounce to see if there were any nearby as they are discontinued and the new model won't be available for a few months. They told me they looked and "nowhere would have any." Unfortunately it seems they hadn't even tried looking. 

While I was juggling my very unsettled baby whilst STILL IN Baby Bounce Macgregor, I googled Baby Bounce stores Virginia and Browns Plains came up in the list. I rang Virginia and was received by a very short and unprofessional salesperson who said, "nowhere has them, discontinued!" 

At this point I was really disappointed but discovered Browns Plains in the list - I called them and was greeted with a very professional and helpful sales representative who had a very friendly phone manner. 
She quickly sent someone out the back of their store to check. Lucky me !! They were in stock and even held one for me to collect.

I drove straight there and in store I was greeted by everyone and served by Claire who was super helpful and took the display seat into the car park on a trolley; assisting me to test fit the seat quickly to make sure it was right for Bub. She was very patient and helpful with every aspect of my purchase. 

The team are very caring and Claire even went the extra mile with me! She found me a dummy on shelf and offered to clean a new dummy for me when Bub got unsettled towards the end of our visit. There was also another new Mum needing a bottle warmed as she was finalising her purchase and another fantastic team member at the counter offered to take it and warm it for baby.

AMAZING personalised service !!! 

I honestly have never had such helpful service at a baby store in all my time as a Mum. (6years haha) 
Honestly I am so happy with my experience, and after such a negative experience I just had to share :) 

Most of all I have the slimmer sized seat that I desperately needed to fit in my car. 

Thanks so much to Claire and to Tina and the team at Baby Bounce for turning my morning around :) You give the Baby Bounce brand a great name! 

Even though it's a little bit further away from home, Browns Plains Baby Bounce is where I will be shopping from now on.

My partner and I went to the browns plains baby bounce store. We were initially just looking at prices of isofix car seats for our baby which is due early June. We spotted one particular seat on special which competed with online retailers for price, I am more inclined to shop online but soon after we entered the store and the sales staff were free we were approached by a lovely lady named Julie. She was very helpful and non intrusive which her service end knowledge was the determining factor for us to purchase on that day from that store as apposed to online. Thanks for the service Julie and the price Baby Bounce Browns Plains.
