The owner of this franchise should be ashamed, the place was already filthy not long after 11am, the staff were way too casual for the number of customers waiting, the tables were littered with rubbish, I personally clear my own table before I leave but most people are slobs that eat in here so I guess it's a reflection of that. Drive through was "out of order" I'm pretty sure that had just shut it down as they only had 3 staff working during a long weekend and couldn't handle the numbers. Some serious improvements need to be made by the owner, a step in the right direction would be to hire more staff and stop being so GREEDY.

Pretty average for such a large franchise. I could not believe the state of the place, management need to get here and sort this store out. The chips were clearly too old and soggy, no salt. My burger was basically inside out. The wings were acceptable but I could not recommended this place to anyone until they sort out that management. C--- unhappy customer

I made a google account just to post this. There should be a zero star option. We stopped on the way thru today and u guys managed to get not one thing right. Served by a kid who seemed pretty unhappy in his job. I don't blame him. The manager probably sucks. No ice, chewy dry chicken, stale brown chips with no seasoning, no napkins and just to top it off a hair in my burger. Wow. Whoever amongst your team has short grey hair ur a hazard on the work site mate get a hair net, for the love of fried chicken

The management of this store needs more training... It's public holiday and there is only 2 people serving... there is a long line from the counter to the front door... at least Hiraka gave really good service with a smile with the correct order and the chicken was beautifully cooked... if it hadn't been for this I would of given 1 star!!

Service was quick...but the chicken was dry...also when will KFC staff realise, the only thing that makes their chips bearable is the seasoning.
