Great quick service from an attentive staff member for our chicken tenders & burger.nnMy man & I reckon they've changed the taste of the potato & gravy in the last 20yrs as it's not what we remembered.nnThe restaurant could have been cleaner and the strong smell of cooking odours were very much prevalent in the dining area. It was such a nice night we ate our dinner elsewhere.
I visited during dinner time yesterday and today, and the staff were incredibly friendly!! The store was also super clean and beautiful.nThe staff's kindness made Taupo even more enjoyable. Thank you.
Who the heck owns this store? Take some pride in your business mate and sort it out. 35 min wait for 'fast food'? It better be gold freaking plated. Unreal.nPay your staff some more and have more working. 33 minute wait to say they're out if Hot and Spicy and so there was going to an indefinite further wait. Staff were kind and friendly when I said please just give me more wings instead. But gosh. Slow and steady does not win the race here guys. I have kids in the car and a boat on the back, for goodness sake.nIn fairness, the product tasted fresh and delicious. Nice work.
Ordered a few combos, nothing special or changes to set menu.nWaited 30 minutes for the meal, few other people also stuck waiting a long time for their meal.nChips were hot and had salt which is a nice change.nDrinks only half full, had to ask for the cups to be filled up properly.
