Came for the plane, obviously It has no air conditioning or fans, so we didn't sit in it even in the cooler weather cause it was stuffy and hot, but it's super good to see.
Overrated. Not the coolest Macs per what was claimed. The airplane part of the seating is very stuffy. So it’s more to walk around and then to sit at the regular dining area. Angus beef burgers were served cold. Staff got 1 drink order wrong.nnNot worth going Taupo Mac’s just for this
2024: This Maccas gets a 5/5 because you can dine inside a plane, which I'd say is fair.nThe aircraft has had a very colourful history, has been utilised fully to it's potential and lives on to serve the fast food giant.
The plane is definitely cool but smelt like farts so watch out. McDonald's was fine, regular McDonald's, had the usual sticky floors.
