The pizza was great - exactly what you should expect from Domino's! You can't compare it to a true Italian pizza that costs 4x the price! We ordered online for collection and it was ready, for collection in less than 10 mins! When we went to collect, the staff were friendly and helpful - what more can you want from a take away pizza place!
Pizza was fine but, when I went to collect it 2 older guys were just sitting on the counters on their phones. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. A lot of younger workers, maybe set an example for them & help them out.
Absolutely outstanding service, ordered delivery and came super fast. They got one of my pizzas wrong and replaced it before they even got here, and they gave me the right pizzas and the one they mucked up!! Haven’t had domino’s in a very long time, but I’m glad I chose to have it tonight! Super pleased! Also the lady riding the motorbike and delivering pizzas, very pleased with your customer service.
We tried the Hawaiian pizza. The service was super good. The pizza is Domino’s quality! Well done to the staff and team here, they seem to be very hardworking
Ordered at 9:30 they close at 10 and they rang me at 10 saying it would take two hours to deliver the pizza and then hung up on me. I’ve already payed. Last time we ordered, our pizza was squashed in half and cold. Also forgot the drink, the lava cake and the ice cream
Poor service! Placed an order for a pickup and been told it would take half hour. Arrived to pick up and the lady couldn't find my order and said it would take another 20min so I went to Pizza Hut to buy pizza.Service: 1/5
45 minute wait for two pizzas that came out like this I think not, I’ll stick to Pizza Hut. All while I’m listening to the staff bicker loudly at each other for using expired cheese and messing up orders. Seriously, get it together you had enough staff on to make it work better then whatever that s!!!t show was. When I asked where my order was the girl at the till grabbed mine of the bench as though it had been ready but just sitting there. I grabbed a slice in the way out the door which was cold.
Staff in here are pretty awesome. Went in one night the female manager was in there with two new very young looking staff members, she was serving, boxing and making pizzas all the while teaching these young men. I was in awe of her patience even though they were busy
Ordered a New Yorker meat pizza, place was empty apart from us, the pizza we felt was a little under cooked. The randomness of the lady cutting the pizza ensured there were arguments as to who had the larger slices, there was also a strange aftertaste of something like nutmeg which made the pizza simply average.
If you enjoy waiting mijutes to order then to dine in on cold pizza even though you were sitting waiting the entire time listening to staff talking about quitting this is the place for you!Food: 4/5
