Bought a brand new triton in 2016 from Keystar Morayfield. On the contract specifically states part of the deal is free servicing for (three) years. Current K’s is 60,000 and a bit. Where as the manager is stating whatever comes first either the three years or 46,000 KS that covers the free servicing, where the contract I signed off on does not state the 46,000 at all only the free servicing for 3 years. I am disputing the total invoice of $698 because I am getting charged for the whole servicing. The manger states I signed a different agreement when I first picked up the car but could not provide the written document in front of me, where as they had all of yesterday 21/02/18 to do so. He spoke about the servicing log book, both himself and the administration officer looked in the vehicle themselves and found the servicing log book but it did not state the 46,000 Ks at all, his response was ‘well that’s not valid then’. I stated that was my point exactly it does not state at all, proven my point he walked away back into the office and completely ignored what I was saying to him. Turns out he knew I was in the right and did not want to acknowledge the fact. I am waiting a call from someone higher at the dealership to call. I said to the manager I will speak to the ombudsman and you can deal with them. My point was if you are going to sell customers brand new vehicles then it needs to be stated clearly on the final written agreement not on a single piece of paper what the deal stipulates specifically. Manager acknowledged it was not stated on final and signed document but still argued the point it is what I signed which they could not provide me, let alone what the service logbook does not state. Strong advice, customers need to be aware when buying brand new cars and the deals that come with it on the final written contract, not what it states on a different piece of paper. The dealership are picking and choosing which contract they are going with.

TY for our new Triton, service above and beyond from Wayne, picked us up from the hotel to go to Keystar Morayfield to collect the vehicle. Great price, great service
