Big shout out to Ryan Knopke from Keystar Kia Morayfield, who is the reason I'm stoked to be driving around in my brand new 2023 Kia Sorento GT line 8sp Turbo Diesel. This car is beyond expectation. Seriously, you need to go test drive one today! And Ryan surprised me with an early delivery and awesome customer service. Yesterday my sister received her first car from this dealership. Our entire family was involved in the process and given the current struggles the automotive industry is currently experiencing we could not speak highly enough of this dealership. The majority of the ordering process was handled by Ryan who was friendly and communicative. Whilst there was an inevitable wait on the vehicle, Ryan stayed in touch so we never had to unreasonably question when my sister would get her car. We would all happily recommend this dealership and would be comfortable returning for any future vehicle purchases.

Bryan and William ?? not sure bout the last one were very helpful and spent quite a bit of time with us. We almost bought a car from them but were expecting a call, to do with the remaining warranty, that didn't come so we used our cooling off period to back out of the sale. They were really nice genuine guys though who were willing to negotiate, up to a point, and worked to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Definitely worth talking to if you are looking for a car.
Very happy with the service provided by Jeffrey Brackin with my recent used car purchase. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process simple and fuss free. He thoroughly explained all the features of the car. Highly recommend Keystar Morayfield.
They are so busy now they don't have time to service cars that are booked in. I have now been waiting for hour and half for their courtesy bus. I haven't moved and neither has the car. They used to be so much better than this. Update. Just picked the car up and for the first time they didn't wash it and the seatbelt neck protector was finally located on the floor. I did call the number in the owner feedback below earlier today . The person was not available.

10/10. Definitely would recommend buying a car from this car dealership. They take care of their customers very well. Gian was the one that helped me with finding my car and getting everything sorted. Everyone there is super helpful, go there for buying a car!!!!
