What can we say !!!! The other half myself and 3 nutty kids rock up at 11.50 on a saturday yep 10 mins before closing!!!!! All we knew was we had an oil leak comming from the diff of our pajero this is our first day of our holiday from up north. The two gentle men got proper stuck in fixed the issue and topped up us with oil in a very professional manor. I take my hat off to them for getting me back on the road when i was in dire straits!!!! Thank you so much we have arrived and guess what no leaks thank you very much for getting our car and holiday on the road again !!

I got given a voucher as a gift each & every time i rang Midas on Morayfied Rd, They promised to get back to me by end of Business... Honestly yes they tried to get me in to do a small service (on the 1st call) but hey honestly Y WOULD I, I TOLD THEM I KNOW EXACTLY WAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR IVE HAD IT SERVICED BY K-MART..... WELL after 4 failed attempts of getting someone to call me i handed this voucher which is good for 2 major or 2 small services to my son(who i i can say someone got answers from!) MIDAS HONESTLY IF U R GUNNA SEND COLD CALLERS TO PEOPLS HOUSES & THEY BUY YR DISCOUNT VOUCHERS THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR LABOUR... FOR CHRIST SAKE RING PPL BACK.... IF THIS IS ANYTHING TO SHOW YR WORK I SUGGEST PPL STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM YR SHOP!!! CAUSE YR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY DOES SUX B4 U EVENGET THE CAR!!! PS MY FIANCEE BOUGHT ME THIS VOUCHER SO ITS NOT JUST ME WHO IS PISSED IN YR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE....NO WONDER U HAVE TO SEND DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS OUT TO BUILD UP A CUSTOMER REP... (EVEN THEN YR TEAM LET U DOWN!!!) WORK OUT YR ISSUES MIDAS & if this star was anything it would be a -itive Star not a postive... yeah MIDAS IM NOT HAPPY AT BLOODY ALL!!! POOR MANAGENT, POOR STAFF COMMUNICATION SKILLS ON ALL LEVELS!!!!
