HORRIBLE! NEVER GO THERE! My partner has bought two bikes from Brisbane Motorcycles and serviced them there. He had, had small issues all along like wrong parts being ordered. When he had an accident he took it to them even though I was weary. It was a small repair job as it was a low speed slide with crash protection on the bike. The bike was in there for a total of 4 MONTHS+. They didn't help the insurance company, on first inspection they didn't even do a quote for the insurance company. while being 'repaired' they NEVER returned any of our calls. The bike went back 3 TIMES due to them not repairing all the damage. Stupid excuses like blaming the insurance company even though we had all the paperwork showing the insurance company had done everything right. On the second pickup of the 'repaired' bike I noted there was a white mark larger then a watch face behind the exhaust on the frame (One of the many things I picked up that they hadn't repaired). The service guy replied with 'Sorry I didn't see that'. They replaced the exhaust, it was a WHITE mark on a BLACK FRAME, it would of been extremely obvious. Another of their many lies. HORRID EXPERIENCE AND LOTS OF STRESS. In the end my partner sent a complaint to management only to be given more excuses over the failure of a team. At the end of the huge email of excuses was a small paragraph asking what could be done to rectify what's happened. After that many excuses we personally didn't feel they would do much to help us. We got the bike as soon as we could and have not step foot near since! SAVE YOURSELF THE EFFORT AND GO ELSEWHERE.

My partner took his motorbike there to be serviced and $550 later the bike was handed back with completely ruined brakes. I am not sure how they managed that but I just want to warn others not to go there. We found out later that many other people have also had bad experiences with this place.

Bought a new (2018) 650cc Burgman from the guys at Caboolture, absolutely amazing service, especially from Mick and Mark and that takes nothing away from the other staff there. Looking forward to catching up again soon. Thanks again guys, great service all round.

Great prices and customer service. Perfect after sale service. Danielle and DJ are awesome and really nice people along with the rest of the staff.

Cbr1000rr in & out of the shop since October last year! Little to no communication from them (even when promised they would call back, nothing ever happened) Brisbane motorcycles (the Caboolture branch) kept blaming the Yoshimura exhaust system for my brake problem to the point where Serco, (they import the system) and Honda Australia wanted a second opinion. Never trust a word these guys say or do. I'm never dealing with any branch of them again. Good riddance.
