Found my wedding dress. It was the second dress I tried. The ladies made me feel so special. Very welcoming shop. Farely priced too!  The seamstress I forgot her name now was really quick with her alterations. Spot on too!  Definitely recommend

Fantastic staff, helped me a great deal. I had my alterations done here, even though I found my perfect dress in another store. The staff were so great they let me get my dress and my bridesmaids dresses alterations done here. I got some really nice hair pieces from here and great advice. I would recommend having a look here and have a talk to the lovely staff, if your thinking of getting married and want some great service.

Gave it a couple of days for them to respond but no response. The customer service was absolutely disgusting. I've been to dozens of bridal shops as I've had to rearrange my wedding multiple times due to health and family issues. Been engaged for 3 years now, finally locked in a date to get it sorted. I was given short, sharp responses. Not a single bit of positive feedback and the young girl was the only one to serve me despite the shop being empty - nowhere near a hands-on approach as I've had with other stores. I had to get my friend to help me with the dresses because this girl didn't want to help unless we said we needed it, even if she saw us struggling with complicated 2 piece things. I gave her an idea of what I wanted, she offered up 2 dresses that were either exactly what I said I don't like or were 4x the money I had clearly stated I was willing to spend. The owner and the young girl giggled about my weight I'm a 12-14 and only due to medical problems caused by cancerous cells and a debilitating painful disease yet neither of them offered up a solution to get me in a dress that I may like. I was willing to let all that slide, paid for a dress that I wasn't 100% happy with but I just wanted the experience to be over with already. When I later tried the dress on, the back panel was missing from behind the corsetting. It was DEFINITELY there when I tried it on. The young girl showed myself and my friend while I had it on and we had a discussion about how we can use it to tighten the corset without creating back fat issues. When I messaged the owner about it, she denied there ever being a panel and told me even if it came with one, I'd need a bigger one than what came with it. She then told me she'd make me one for an additional price. Very much considering taking the dress back just to make sure they don't get a cent of my money. Buyer beware, disgusting service here.  Edited to respond to owner: You offered to find it after you tried denying the dress even had one until I reminded you that I had a witness who saw it and was part of the discussion. I didn't respond, I waited for you to do your job as a responsible store owner and let me know that you had at least looked to find the missing piece of the dress you sold me. That was days ago. You didn't respond at all. Now, even if I had have reached out to a seamstress closer to myself, wouldn't you still try to do the right thing and find the back panel that is a part of the dress? By your own admission, you simply do not care enough about your own mistakes.

I cannot speak any higher about the staff and the wedding dress I bought for a fraction of the cost of other stores. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and Jean - the seamstress even made an amazing lace bolero so that I would feel comfortable. Incredible experience! Thanks ladies.

My daughter and I had the best experience here for a formal dress a few weeks back. The lady was very kind...and very patient  with my daughter. We came home with the most stunning dress..and the happiest daughter. Thank you so much for your service &lt;3

Excellent service, beautiful dresses with great variety of styles and sizes -  lovely staff and we were able to get the perfect dress for my daughter's formal.

Lovely customer service assistants and beautiful clothes. Well priced Aswell. Will definitely return for other formal wear in the future!
