A nice supermarket, plenty of self service checkouts. However parking is terrible with at least 50 spaces dedicated to the car wash, this is a deterrent for me.
Yeah, highly recommend your weekly shop here. Great staff, really friendly, different in a good way. Maybe it's the social demographic in the area, but it feels like old schoolnservice, never wait for service at the register, in a small, but great little centre, miss kmart but oh wellnKebab shop, carvery, sushi and coffee,always clean.nUnderground carpark.nI have shopped there 10 years+
Worst experience ever.nOnline order. Notified their truck broke down. Given 3 options. Refund, pick up myself, or deliver next day. Items I needed same day. I'm not an unreasonable person so decided to pick up. But of course, have to go through customer service, whom told the store I'd be there at 3.20pm.nI waited for half am hour. Called customer service twice, only to be told, they would be out in 2 min. Eventually gave up and went in myself new to area and shopping complex. Order was just sitting there. Eventually a young man pushes it out.nMy query is, why could coles not have arranged for a partner driver to deliver my goods. I asked the manager same, he stumbled and said, that was up to customer service... well then, customer service....why did you not arrange that? Better to inconvenience your customers?nBetter still.... I had to ask for my $9 delivery fee to be refunded. Which I don't know if it will. Have not received my credit yet.
Sufficient parking available. Great selection of items including fresh produce. Staff friendly and helpful . Haven't found it too busy at all .
Far out!...by far, the rudest staff I have ever experienced. The online order staff show no physical shopper consideration, nearly running you over with their carts & literally scowling at you whilst they wait for you to get your groceries. Are we supposed to jump out of the way and apologise? It's almost like a Turf War. The checkout staff aren't friendly, that's fine, but they don't even say hello back. They seem very friendly to one another across lanes, until a customer arrives, then drop all humanity when serving.nThe quality of fruit/vegetables and meat in stores outside of Caboolture and Morayfield seems much better. Why is that?
