Caboolture Coles - The online department needs a huge shake up! 5 other cars and myself had to wait for over 25 minutes to get our click and collect orders! This is not good enough. I called after 10 minutes and was told the order “was on its way”, well that took another 15 minutes. No apology when it did arrive. Cmon, get your systems and processes better and improve this service! Not cool Cole’s!
Used to think this was a great store. Since changed my opinion after witnessing a staff member named Courtney verbally abusing a much younger female staff member last week. Such disgusting behaviour, will shop elsewhere from now on.
2½ before close and they are packing up the deli. I saw the staff member pack up the chicken breasts when I walked past. Later decided that I wanted some so returned to deli and asked the same staff member for them. She went out the back but came back saying they didn't have any. LAZY LIAR.
Absolutely pathetic service from Coles Caboolture. I ordered a full shop and they managed to forget two-thirds of my items. How do you mess up that badly? It’s completely incompetent to charge someone full price and then deliver a nearly empty delivery. Now I’m stuck with the headache of chasing a refund. WHICH COULD TAKE 7 DAYS. Avoid their delivery service at all costs—they clearly can't be bothered to check a simple packing list.
DO NOT BUY COLES CHICKEN THIGH, has more fat on it then chicken thigh. That's how they get you, big price for heavy thigh, I cut off more then half and it was all fat. Beware Coles are Sneaky with the meat section.
