Absolutely pathetic service from Coles Caboolture. I ordered a full shop and they managed to forget two-thirds of my items. How do you mess up that badly? It’s completely incompetent to charge someone full price and then deliver a nearly empty delivery. Now I’m stuck with the headache of chasing a refund. WHICH COULD TAKE 7 DAYS. Avoid their delivery service at all costs—they clearly can't be bothered to check a simple packing list.
They need to build an extension of Coles to the opposite store that has shut down. The Self-serve check outs are way too small for the amount of people that go through there.
Click and collect is pathetic - very long wait times.nEvery time I have been there.nThe manager is at fault, it's his job to provide the manpower. Maybe he doesn't care, to me that's obvious.nMay I suggest some sort of communication device with upstairs. The amount of times I have watched trollies come down go around those waiting and then take the goods back upstairs - not very efficient.
If I could give a zero I would!! Worst experience and second time recently that I’ve had a poor customer service experience with Coles. Forced to put a full trolley of groceries through the self-serve checkout as there was apparently not enough staff??!! This after having to navigate past 10 odd staff in the aisles with their massive carts doing the online shopping orders. Checkout kept bugging out as there is no space to put your bags so you have to move your bags to the floor and constantly having to have the attendant log in. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Click and collect seem to have right of way in this store. And the mould in the milk cabinet has been there for 10yrs and counting. Disgusting shop and staff attitudes! AVOID!! Go to the big fish much nicer and cleaner!
