We contacted the store for some uniforms. Riannon was excellent. She gave me samples to try on and the turn around time and level of customer service is something I haven't seen in a long time. Now we are ordering our second round of uniforms and won't go anywhere else. Great job team! Love your work!
I needed some advice on some work boots. The team were polite and really knew their stuff. Big shout out to Riannon for your patience and answering all my questions. Will definitely be coming back.
Both times I tried purchasing clothing I had to wait for 15 mins before anyone even stepped out to find customers standing around waiting to be served. Totally disinterested in helping me find suitable work pants. 2 females and one male seem to be out the back for ages despite knowing we were waiting for some help. Horrible work ethic. Just no interest in engaging and helping me or the elderly lady before me.
It s one of the better aces to get work gear they have everything there for every job it s great really good quality I honestly didn.t think the work gear would be a lot cheaper then other places
Had taken 2 pairs of dress work pants in to be taken up in length. Pants were purchased from there a week before hand. Was told it would be a week till they were ready, was happy with that and paid for the service up front. A week later I arrived in store to be told there not back and would be the following Monday and that someone would call. Monday came no call. I phoned them the Thursday and was told Friday now.Never heard anything Friday so called Saturday and was told they would call Monday and let me know what was going on. Monday came and once again no phone call. I called Tuesday and they managed to get them to me Wednesday. 3 weeks I waited and not one phone call from them as a courtesy to let me know what was going on. I can understand there can be delays but to be bluntly lied to each time with what day they would be in and told I would get a call to be informed and wasn't I'm not happy about. I will go else where in future.
Absolute horrible customer service, went to return pants I have never worn with all the tags on them and they said they can’t take them back! Pants have literally been sitting in my cupboard, won’t recomend or ever shop their again!!!
Was looking for a good pair of work boots as I was returning to work after breaking an ankle. I really needed help to find a good pair that had good ankle support, and good souls. Not a single staff member offered to help me. So I ended up walking out after waiting for help for 20min. Ended up going to Work locker instead and was instantly asked if I needed help finding anything, will be going there for all my work needs from now on.
