New seat post a few months back. Clamp system a poor design single hex bolt. Kept coming loose. Added a lock nut myself which helped for a time. The bolt sheared off as I was crossing a road. The seat came off and I fell on the bitumen into the path of an on coming car. Grazed. Could have been much worse. Very poor quality product. Bad design. Lousy Service and some serious attitude from the woman in this outfit. Bought a bike there years earlier and swore I would never go back. I didn't for some years until this seat post. NEVER AGAIN!

Fantastic, I went in today and got my wheel sorted right away. No hanging around and no bs. Lovely to be treated like a valued customer even tho I am new to the area. #kiwibikinggirl

got a bmx bike from them they said it's good for people my size had it for 2 months and have had to take it in to get fixed a few times and and is still having problems and I went and looked on the bike brands site and it says that it's built for smaller riders

started out pretty good but i dont know anymore, payed for my bike to get afew parts it needed, servicing ect, within afew weeks it's busted again (chalked this up to just abit of bad luck) but now it's been about 3 weeks and im still waiting to have parts replaced, come on guys, :( help me turn this review around! :(
