The company should work to address these issues in order to ensure that customers have a positive experience when shopping with them

I have a 4 in 1 fan Cool, Hot, Exhaust, Light system that operates through Clipsal switches on a 6 Gang plate. It was hard for my parents to remember which does what and so I wanted to have them labelled. Sparky provides same Clipsal dolly rocker switches and is exactly what I needed. Very happy with the product, price, and delivery time. Will definitely use their products again.

Great experience with Sparky Direct. We ordered the wrong products by mistake. We returned the items and immediately were given a credit to re-order the correct product. The lovely sales lady advised she would put the new order in the post that afternoon and she did, Australia Post shows it’s on it way! Excellent customer service and prompt handling of items. Would definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service.  I love the fast delivery even when you don't choose express.  It is great that they keep you up to date with your order progess.  Great prices,  great company to deal with.  Highly recommended.

Purchased 4 LED dimmer switches to replace 20 year old non LED dimmers, which only worked with the new LED lights sometimes. Sparky Direct had a competitive price and the switches were delivered in very quick time. The switches work perfectly. Very happy with the transaction.

I recently made an order and received an incorrect item in the shipment. Sparky Direct replied within two hours and shipped the correct item out with a return post pack the same day.  We are all human and mistakes do happen but a quality business really shows on how they rectify any issues that crop up. In my opinion, Sparky Direct excelled in fixing this error.  Thanks Sparky Direct for great products at competitive prices and good service.  I have no doubts that I will be returning for more gear in the future.

Found Sparky Direct by a google search.  After comparison on prices with other companies, Sparky Direct was a winner.  Needed some information, sent an email, received a prompt call back the next morning.  Not knowing much about the products, I was pleased to chat with the person on the other end.  Was informative and communicated in terms I could understand.  Have ordered twice and will certainly be ordering through them again in the near future.

Good service, one item I wanted was Out of Stock but restocking was imminent. I did a Web Chat with Sparky Direct as I wanted my order to arrive at the same time, not in two deliveries due to the Out of Stock item. The Chat person checked and said the Out of Stock item had been received into the Sparky Direct warehouse. I received the complete order a couple of days later. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks

I am not an electrician however I have found Sparky Direct web site easy to navigate and I found access to components that would solve some plans for renovations at home. The post flat rate arrangements offered was better value than driving to pick up components. Delivery was faster than I needed. I've purchased quality smoke detectors, sensor flood lights, a sensor for a flood light for garage security. This is the easiest and best web based supplier for me. It helps me plan with my Electrician to complete upgrades and renovations at home.
