Since Established in 2006 Western World Saddlery has grown and expanded to become one of Brisbane's most loved Horse Stores.

Not the most helpful salesperson, wasn’t really interested in helping us and was more concerned we walked in while she was on the phone. Never did get a call letting us know when the boots we were chasing came in. Went elsewhere and got what we needed.
GREAT SERVICE ! Purchased online a men's belt second time ordered - first time, the retailer refunded my purchase amount some 3 weeks after the online purchase and without ANY communication. Within days received an email from owner Melissa advising that my size of the purchased belt was "out of stock" both with Saddleworld and at the supplier. Melissa offered to supply an alternative belt or arrange a refund, sending pics of all available belts delivering me the convenience of not even needing to again review their website. I selected an alternative belt - same was delivered interstate within days, with the leather "colour" exceeding my anticipation and expectations on receipt. I will shop here again !! CRAIG T.
The lady who works here was a blast we had a great time chatting, she was Soo helpful amazing customer service, left with a beautiful pair of boots will be going back!!

It is a real shame to have a store full of good variety of products, but unfortunately with atrocious customer service. Negative attitude coupled with unhelpful behaviour and non disclosure of cost prior to carrying out the service made our overall experience very disappointing. First time at the store and will surely be our last.
I ordered a saddle from here and they gladly took my money, then turned around and said they don’t have stock. They told me the next shipment isn’t until end of May. I have asked for a refund numerous times and haven’t received any response!!
Not as much stock in store as the website leads you to believe! Went in for a helmet and there were hardly any to choose from. Maybe better for online shopping?
Left your store in tears today after being horribly treated by one of your staff members. I have an exemption to wearing a face mask and as per the QLD government website I do not have to disclose any information or show my exemption. Your team member rudely asked 'what's wrong with you' and said well that doesn't matter in here! Will not be returning to this store again!
Absolutely atrocious....ordered a saddle in mid May through Ebay, paid for it, only to receive a message 2 weeks later saying saddle was out of stock. Had to continually contact store on update only to be told arrival date keeps getting pushed back. Eventually cancelled order for refund after two and a half months!!! Quite simple : if you don't have it, don't try and sell it.
Advertising they are a stockist for Thomas cook....50ks special trip into them and NOT 1 Thomas cook boot in the store. Don’t advertise if you don’t carry the stock!! I’m more than capable of ordering over the internet but when you don’t know your size you need to try them on in a store, which you would then purchase from the store. Try and support businesses- yeah l’ll just order over the internet and send them back if not correct size.
