What has happened to my beloved Aldi, in recent months?nI have attended three different branches on a regular basis and I have found a continual lack of stock on the shelves at each store. Also, there is often a lack of meat and incredibly short expiry dates on meat, of just 1 or 2 days, frequently. The stock at Caboolture branch on the weekend had multiple rotten bags of potatoes and veggies. Such a dramtic downturn for Aldi. Continual customer disappointment the last 3 months. I hope Aldi can return to the lovely store it once was. I am close to giving up on Aldi altogether.
Oddly positioned opposite the cemetery, this Aldi must be a busy store as when I visit in the afternoons, there are bare or almost bare shelves. Thankfully, what I went for was in stock, plus other things I had impulse brought. Manned check out were full, didn't want to wait so I used the self serve which I will give them credit for, as it is WAY better then other supermarket self serve check outs. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but restocking for your afternoon customers would be awesome.
I love aldi, so much more humble, without all the bullshit agenda. Well done ..
To the staff here, I visit this store daily and have never had a bad word to say then today happened. What I witnessed was appalling customer service of 2 young teenagers. The young boy clearly had a disability and his sister was doing the best she could with no adult to help. You didn’t help them you literally barked at these 2 kids. They were quiet and polite and being respectful and clearly needed some help but neither of you helped them. You both spoke to them like they had no right to be there. You treated them Like they were stupid. Your tone was loud and dismissive. You drew attention to them that was not needed. I felt so sorry for these kids and left wondering if you didn’t like your jobs? As a manager of over 27 staff myself I would be horrified if any of my staff behaved in this manner and treated our customers the way you pair did. Not to mention you didn’t care that the whole store heard your interaction with these customers. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves and take a lesson in manners, customer service and empathy. To the checkout operator that felt the need to be yelling at customers from the other side whilst serving other customers I don’t know how you even have a job. That was just appalling service.
Great place to shop, nearly got everything you need and I find price's are better than Coles and Woolworths.
